Picks and Groove, it was given a new name, re-mixed, re-packaged and
mastered with 14 tracks. This CD displays Maurices Jamaican
roots with a mixture of both popular Jamaican songs and originals.
Performing with Maurice are some of Jamaicas and Canadas
finest musicians. |

IRIE MOOD |
Maurices recording Irie Mood has received critical acclaim all
over and especially in Canada. In April 2000, his CD was selected
by WAVE 94.7 FM in Hamilton, Canada, as the epitome of smooth jazz
style. This CD contains ten joyful original songs that have been described
as a "fantastic mix of jazz and reggae" that are creatively
blended in a contemporary jazz format. Maurices effortless mastery
on guitar lifts and fulfills the listeners soul and spirit.
A beautifully melodic CD, Irie Mood showcases his Caribbean and North
American influences, containing rich harmonies, infectious rhythms
and cool jazz inflections with superb solos throughout. It leaves
